 All sales are final, there are no refunds/exchanges/returns once you commit to your purchase.

 If you have any issues regarding specifically lost/damaged/missing items, Every package is covered by insurance through USPS/UPS specifically for lost/damaged/missing items. If you have any issue regarding only those situations, you can issue a claim for a full/partial refund through USPS/UPS by contacting them directly.

 We are located in and ship out of Florida  Once your package is in possession of the post office, we are no longer liable for any discrepancies. We take pride in using high quality packing materials, and taking the time/effort into hand packing every order with love and care, as well as including multiple fragile stickers around the box. We package every order to be in the best condition possible for it’s safe arrival to you.
