The Story

This was originally my personal sleep formula. I’ve been an insomniac since birth, so I know what it’s like when your brain just won’t stop at 2 a.m. I realized that the same herbs that help me finally drift off are exactly what people need when they're feeling overwhelmed or anxious during the day. So, I renamed it Anxiety Relief—it’s for anyone who needs to find their center when the world gets too loud.


Why it Works

I combined Passionflower (Pasiflora) and Ashwagandha because they are a powerhouse team for your nervous system. Passionflower is a "nervine" that gently slows down those racing thoughts, while Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that helps your body handle the physical stress of being "on" all the time. It doesn't just mask the feeling; it helps your body remember how to be calm.


How to Use It

Take 1 mL (about 30-40 drops) 1 to 3 times a day. If you're using it for sleep like I do, take it about 30 minutes before bed. If you just need to take the edge off a stressful day, you can drop it straight under your tongue or mix it into a little water whenever you feel that "tightness" in your chest starting up.
