Blood Purifier Tincture

 I designed this formula to act as botanical cleaner for the body’s natural filtration systems—the liver, kidneys, and lymphatic system. It’s all about moving what’s stuck and helping your blood feel "clean" and vibrant again, especially during those times of the year when we feel a bit sluggish.

This one is all about the roots. I used Burdock Root (Bardana) and Dandelion Root (Diente de León) because they are the heavy hitters of the "bitter" world. Burdock root is incredible for supporting the skin and moving stagnation in the lymph, while Dandelion Root helps stoke the liver's fire to filter out what doesn't belong. Together, they act as a gentle but thorough "housekeeping" crew for your body.

Take 1-2 mL (about 30-60 drops) up to 3 times a day. You can drop it straight under your tongue or mix it into a small glass of warm water. The bitter taste is actually a sign that the herbs are working to "prime" your digestion and liver. For a true seasonal reset, stay consistent with it for a few weeks and drink plenty of water to help the flush.
