Fire & Ice Oil - Natural Pain Relief & Muscle Recovery Balm for Athletes & Chronic Pain

I already had my Arnica and Joints+ salves, but I was fascinated by Cayenne and how it works as a catalyst to stimulate circulation. I wanted to create one "knockout" organic pain relief formula that combined everything I knew. I set out to make a hot and cold therapy for deep relief. The first version had very little cayenne because I was still testing the heat of my oil, but I eventually decided to make it the first ingredient. That’s when I found the winning formula. This oil is all about that "push and pull" of temperature. Cayenne and Ginger (Jengibre) are the "fire"—they act as catalysts to get your blood moving and bring heat into stiff muscles. I balanced that with Menthol and Rosemary (Romero) for that "ice" feeling that cools down inflammation fast. Then I added Arnica and St. John’s Wort to help with the deep-seated recovery from bumps, bruises, and physical strain.

Since this is an oil, it’s perfect for a full sobada (massage) on larger areas like your back or legs. Pump a small amount into your palm, rub your hands together to warm it up, and massage it deeply into the muscle. You'll feel the "ice" first, followed by the slow, deep "fire." It’s a game-changer after a workout or a long day on your feet.
