Fire & Ice Salve

After perfecting the Fire & Ice Oil, I knew I needed a version that stayed exactly where you put it—something for those stubborn knots and specific "hot spots." This salve is the more concentrated, "sit and stay" sister to the oil. It’s been incredible to see it go from my kitchen to being used by local athletes and even at a chiropractor’s office. When you find that winning formula that actually gives people their mobility back, it’s a hallelujah moment for sure.

This is a high-potency, dual-action formula. I made Cayenne and Ginger (Jengibre) the stars here because they act as catalysts to spark your circulation and bring deep heat into the tissue. I balanced that out with Menthol and Rosemary (Romero) to give you that immediate "ice" to calm down inflammation. Finally, I added a heavy dose of Arnica and St. John’s Wort to help with the deep-seated recovery of the muscles and joints.

Take a small amount and massage it directly into the area that’s bothering you—your neck, knees, or lower back. The salve creates a protective barrier that lets the herbs penetrate deep. You’ll feel the cooling menthol first, followed by a slow, therapeutic "fire" as the cayenne starts to move the blood.
